So my family history of arthritis is catching up with me. It's now affecting the connection between the sacrum (Levi broke his this Spring) and the L5 vertebrae. It hurts to sit down against the back of a cars seat or couch. Twisting, leaning and bending are not pleasant either. Physical Therapy for a month and we'll see how it goes.....
